Mother's Day Sound Bath

If you’re looking for something simple, calming, and actually nourishing this Mother’s Day, this is it.

The vibrations of sound work gently with the body to ease tension, quiet the mind, and create space for deeper connection with ourselves, those around us, and our shared mother - Mother Earth.

Open to anyone who feels called to slow down and be held in a calm, supportive environment.

Ages 12+ welcome.

*please be on time - doors will be locked at 3:30pm so nobody wanders in off the street. Once doors are locked, no admittance and no refunds.

WHAT TO BRING

• a journal/pen

• water bottle

• sleep mask/eye cover

• a pillow (if you prefer, like me, to use your bolster for under your knees)

• socks & a favorite blanket if you run cold (no shoes in the venue, please)

• dress in layers; body temperature can drop as you relax

Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.

REFUND POLICY

Life happens, I get it.

• If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund.

• If something comes up within the week of the event, refunds are NOT available, but if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the event start time, I’ll happily apply 50% of your ticket price as credit toward a future gathering.

• For no-shows or late arrival, no refund or credit will be provided.
