At Liminal Lemonade, our events and group sessions are designed to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect - with yourself and others.
Most events and group classes center around sound baths, where you’ll be immersed in relaxing, healing frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls, elemental chimes, atmospheric instruments, and tuning forks.
Healing frequencies work by entraining the brain and body into slower, more relaxed states, calming the nervous system and supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. It’s both science and art, offering a gentle pathway back to presence and ease.

What to Bring
A water bottle to stay hydrated
A journal + pen if you’d like to capture notes and reflections
Cozy layers and warm socks (no shoes in the ceremony room)
A small pillow and a favorite blanket, if you tend to run cold
