Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled more than 24 hours from the session start time = a full refund will be applied. If rescheduled less than 24 hours from session start time = no refunds, but you can reschedule the call to a future date ONCE. If the session has already been rescheduled once, 100% fee applies (no refunds). If canceled less than 24 hours from session start time, or no-call/no-show = no refunds.
